All our accommodations are equipped with air conditioning, television with Italian and foreign channels, Wi-Fi internet connection.
Residence tourist tax €2.50 per person per night.
Hotel tourist tax € 3.00 per person per night.
Maximum 10 night stay.
Exempt: Minors up to 11 years of age are exempt, as are disabled people (with a companion) and those who go to Santa Marinella for specialist visits at city health facilities (with a companion; if the patient is a minor , the exemption applies to both parents).

The rate includes a parking space in our internal car park and the use of our bathing establishment, with a seawater swimming pool, with a station with two sunbeds and an umbrella available for the entire duration of the stay. The umbrella is guaranteed and included for the day of departure, but not for the day of arrival. The supplement for an umbrella (with sunbeds) on the day of arrival, where available, is €20.00 (weekdays) or €30.00 (holidays and pre-holidays), regardless of the number of occupants.
